If you are direct care patient of Germane & Wise Mental Health (meaning you meet with Dr. Fisher or Ms. Sorensen one-on-one), you may use the patient portal below to message your provider directly, schedule or reschedule, and request refills.  

You may also text or call or email Dr. Fisher directly if she has given you her number.

If you cannot reach one of our providers, you may also call our main number and they will take a message or try to get your provider on the line (assuming she is able to answer).
